Mission, Vision and Values

Mission

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOUTH OF TEXAS. ALSO TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF VETERANS.

Purpose:

Purpose of the foundation is to receive by gift, contributions, bequest or otherwise any

money or property in trust; and to use and expend the principal and/or income for the

benefit of children, youth, and veterans in the state of Texas.

What we do:

The foundation contributes to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being of

children and youth through, but not limited to, youth activities and programs sponsored

by the American Legion Department of Texas.  The foundation provides care and

support for the educational and emergency needs of veterans who may still be suffering

from the hazards and aftermath of wars.
